we first visited @Bristol last year. set in a fantastic location on Millenium Square, with its cafes shops and water features it suits everyone. we now have season tickets and have found it a lovely sunday treat. last sunday I visited with my son (5 next month), and my mum and stepdad. We had a lovely good value lunch in the on site cafe, where there is a good range of healthy balanced meals for all the family. the cafe is quieter after 1pm and the whole place is quieter from about 4pm.

my son loves the ground floor and his favourite things to explore are the water pumping station and the giant building blocks. on the upper floor he really enjoys the bubble screen.

I really enjoy the biology stations and find the planetarium the perfect opportunity to relax for half an hour so mybatteries are recharged for more running around!!

My mum and stepdad enjoy the cafe and the planetarium, as well as the animate it! experiences.
