I was lucky enough to win a family passport ticket in a local competition and I brought the family at the begining of the week. The weather was beautiful and my daughter could not get enough of the animals! I was very impressed with the staff, both outside, with the animals, and inside the house. I work for the National Trust in a voluntary basis and I know how hectic things get at times, but you room guides had time to talk to all, and questions were answered with gusto! The lady who took us round Lord Bath's murals was excellent and my 10 year old daughter was really taken with the ceilings; needless to say, she did not go into the last room! Thank you, again, for a brilliant two days, we hope to return next year to see the bits we missed this year and to catch the tigers, which we did not see due to the volume of traffic stationery where they were.
