Who would think a studio could be this good or large

302 Canal Quays was a great surprise. I expected a studio to be a bit like a train carriage but I found this really spacious and with loads of cupboard space. Canal Quays is on the newest part of the Waterfront's tourist development area and there is an empty stand opposite but it didn't detract at all from being on the Roggebaai Canal and to being so close to the Convention Centre. The apartment itself had everything including a washing machine and separate tumble dryer - and also a dishwasher. It was minimalistic without seeming bare. I expect this new part of the Waterfront to develop into a vibey place with coffee shops on the water's edge. So watch for even greater things to come.
